Chest: Measure around the widest part of the chest, just under the arms and around the shoulder blades, keeping the tape firm and level.
Waist: Measure at the height you prefer to wear your waistband; keep the tape loose but level.

FALL LEAGUE INFORMATION
Skills evaluation days have been planned during signups.- Day 1, Leeman Field, Saturday, August 27.
One Hour sessions beginning at 10:00 and ending at 2:00.- Day 2, Cumberland Bowl Park, Saturday, September 3.
One Hour sessions beginning at 10:00 and ending at 2:00Fees for summer league will cover uniform jersey and insurance.Participants must turn 8 before 7/1/2011
and not turn 17 before 7/1/2011
- Skills and competition will be a focus of the fall league.
- Travel to surrounding counties will be involved: Wise,
Big Stone Gap, Dickenson County, and Marion could be possible.
